Volunteer opportunity description

Why we need you

We’re organising some train station collections and carol singing in the lead up to Christmas and we need your help! We're looking for volunteers to collect and/or to sing Christmas carols.

Your fundraising help us to

  • Increase public understanding of autism through campaigns like Too Much Information.
  • Help us to continue providing our vital helplines which are a lifeline for autistic people and their families.
  • Sustain the amazing work that our branches, schools and services do to support autistic children and adults across the whole of the UK.

We’re seeking volunteers who can spare a few hours to help with the collections.

What’s involved?

The collections will be fun, festive, and a great opportunity to meet some of our supporters face-to-face and spend a few hours spreading Christmas cheer in support of our charity.

here will also be prizes for:

• The best Christmas jumper/fancy dress outfit/festive onesie

• The team who collects the most money

We’re also looking for a few people to sing carols at the collections.

What’s involved?

You don’t have to be the world’s best singer, just be able and willing to sing along to a few Christmas carols!
