Volunteer opportunity description

Coaching for Success is a Grit programme that has been delivered in schools across the country for over 17 years. It is aimed at supporting 14 and 15 year-old pupils to achieve their full potential in education and in life using a combination of personal development and coaching.

We are excited to be able to tell you about a new Coaching for Success programme that we are delivering to pupils at secondary schools in Northamptonshire and London and to offer you the amazing opportunity to coach a young person for 6 months.

You will receive a FREE training in Grit's life coaching methodology and will have the chance to meet other local volunteers who share your passion for supporting young people.

We will DBS check you and will be able to provide a reference and certificate for you once you've finished coaching.

Note:  You will be able to claim travel expenses and postage expenses (for when you send your IDs and documents to our head office)
